Is my bird parrot sick??? He’s been throwing up and sneezing all day and…?

My parrot Pancho has been throwing up and sneezing a lot lately. He also is very weak, I know because he bites hard and when he bite me it didn’t really hurt and he is sleeping a lot.
Please help, I really love my parrot and I don’t want anything to happen to him = [
How can I treat/heal my parrot? Is there any antidote or medicine I can give him???
Anything I can do to make him healthy again????
